Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By accessing and logging to the Manulife ALC System (hereinafter referred to as “System”), you acknowledge that you understand and accept all the terms stated below.

System Usage Restriction
Only registered and approved members of Manulife Holdings Berhad (hereinafter referred to as “Manulife”) who subscribed to the System are authorized to use the System (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “Users”, “You” or “Your”).

System Access Authentication
User names and passwords are provided by the System individually for authorized Users only. Users are strictly prohibited to disclose their password to any third party. All Users are required to change their password immediately upon first time login.

Use of Information
Information collected by the System is limited for the usage of Manulife and the Users only. As this System is about Manulife, Users are limited to access their own data and also other authorized information approved according to their roles in Manulife. These information might be accessible through the System but is not limited to the following subjects: 

• Income and Production Reporting
• Agent Profile
• Agent Movement

Use of Content and Materials
Users can download and use the content or material for approved usage. However, Users shall not extract any of the content or material for personal usage. Sharing, disclosure, rental or sales of any of the content or material to any third party is/are strictly prohibited.

Personal Data Protection
The System provider, One Two One Advisor Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “121advisor”), respects every User’s privacy and data confidentiality. Thus, 121advisor shall not rent, sell, disclose or share User data with any third party unless required to do so by Manulife. Examples of such personal and private data include customer’s information and agent's information. However, 121advisor reserves the right to disclose any data to the relevant party if 121advisor is required to do so by law.

Website Technology
"Cookies" and/or other technology might be used to enhance the functionality of the System. 121advisor hopes that would help to serve You better through this System. These technologies may store a small text data file locally in Your computer. Usually the file consists of your preferences and browsing history while in this System. You may configure your web browser not to accept cookies, but it may affect some functionality of the System. Please note that your “cookies” will be refreshed for each new session.

Security
This System supports data transmission encryption which helps to secure Your transfer of data to the System. Although 121advisor takes all the reasonable security precautions regarding information stored on the System, due to the open nature of Internet, 121advisor is not able to guarantee that any information stored on the servers, transmitted to or from a User, will be free from unauthorized access. 121advisor disclaim any liability for any theft or loss of, unauthorized access or damage to, or interception of, any data or communications.

Links to Other Sites
There might be hypertext links from this System to other locations or websites on the Internet. Such hyperlinks are used to present information to Users in a better way. However, 121advisor are not responsible for or guarantee in any way the content provided in such other locations or websites.

Links to Our System
You shall obtain prior written approval from 121advisor before creating a hyperlink in any form between any third party website and this System. In normal circumstances, 121advisor may approve a hyperlink which displays plainly our name or website address. These links shall always be active and direct links to the home or front page of the System only. 121advisor is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by any party arising out of or in connection with such link.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to 121advisor and Manulife. Nothing contained on the website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this System without the written permission of 121advisor or Manulife. Any unauthorized use of these objects may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications, regulations and statutes.

Limitation of Liability
You assume all responsibility for the use of this System. The contents are provided "as is," and are without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; freedom from viruses, bugs, errors, or other harmful code or computer programming routines; and non-infringement of 121advisor’s intellectual property rights. 121advisor is not liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for the inability to use this System or access the contents, loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption or the like), arising out of the use of or inability to use this System, the contents, or any hyperlinked site, even if 121advisor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Interpretation of Information
This System is only intended to provide data and information that may be of interest to its Users. The contents are provided to You as a service and a business tool. 121advisor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the contents, nor for any loss or damage arising from Your reliance on the contents or a linked site. 121advisor believes the contents to be reliable, but makes no claims, warranties or representation, with regard to the reliability, accuracy, truth, timeliness, usefulness, or completeness, of the contents. Waiver
No supplement, modification, or amendment or waiver of the terms shall be binding upon 121advisor, unless executed in writing by a duly authorized representative of 121advisor. The failure of 121advisor to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
 

Arbitration
The terms and conditions and Your use of this System shall be governed and construed according to the Malaysian laws. Any civil action, dispute, or proceeding, arising out of or relating to the terms and conditions and Your use of this System, except for an injunctive action regarding a breach or threatened breach of any provision of the terms and conditions by You which shall be brought in an arbitration branch in Malaysia as nominated by the President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, shall be referred to final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the commercial arbitration rules of Chartered Institute of Arbitration in Malaysia. You and 121advisor shall jointly select the arbitrator. Until the prevailing party is determined or the parties have agreed in writing to an alternate allocation of fees and costs, the party who requested arbitration is responsible for paying all fees that the arbitrator may periodically require. The arbitrator's final and binding conclusion may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes in Terms and Conditions
121advisor reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice. Users may visit this page and review the terms periodically, as they are subject to change.

Violation of Terms and Conditions
Users are prohibited from using this System to offend, threaten, harass, abuse, or defame any third party. 121advisor may refuse to permit Your access into this System in 121advisor’s sole discretion if You violate any of the terms and conditions.

Survival
The terms and conditions, including all agreements, representations and warranties set forth herein, as amended, modified, revised, or restated from time to time, shall survive Your acceptance of the terms and conditions any Your use of this System.

Entire Agreement
The terms and conditions set forth the entire agreement between You and 121advisor regarding the subject matter of the terms and conditions, and supersede any prior oral or written statements or agreements with respect to the same.
